    "Like most of us, I'm very time poor. I'm a busy mum of two girls, the youngest being only 4 months old. Getting to the gym seemed virtually impossible so I made the choice to call Natalia because she could come to me. I'm not a fan of exercise and have always found keeping fit a chore. I so look forward to my twice weekly sessions with Natalia as she mixes up the workouts so I don't get bored and they aren't monotonous and we train in the comfort of my own home once the girls have gone to sleep. She is such a motivator and is genuinely thrilled when you get the results you want. In face I think she shed a tear when I mastered my first proper squat and when she received a picture of me in my pre baby jeans!!! I highly recommend her!!".

    "I have been training with Natalia for the last 3 months and I must say I have had other personal trainers before but I quickly got bored and it became repetitive but with Nat she is constantly mixing it up and keeps it fun whilst also showing she actually cares about my weight loss journey. I have never been one to enjoy exercise but I have found myself looking forward to training days because of her fun routines.
